1. Membership Agreement

By purchasing a Club Italia membership or starting a digital trial, you agree to these Terms of Service. Membership is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Club Italia.

2. Membership Tiers

Club Italia offers Base, Mid, and Premium physical card tiers, as well as a digital trial. Each tier provides different discount levels and benefits as described on our website. Benefits may vary by partner store and sector.

3. Digital Trial

The 90-day digital trial provides Base-tier access through the Club Italia app. Upon trial expiration, you may upgrade to a physical card tier or your access will be limited until renewal.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Card upgrades require payment of the tier difference.

5. Partner Store Discounts

Discounts are subject to partner store participation and may change without notice. Club Italia is not responsible for partner store pricing, availability, or service quality.

6. Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your App ID and password confidential. Report unauthorized use immediately to support@clubitalia.com.

7. Termination

Club Italia reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of partner discounts.
